A conversation is a chat session between one visitor and your AI employee. It can contain unlimited messages within that session.

Can I change plans anytime?

Yes! Upgrade or downgrade anytime. Changes take effect immediately. We prorate billing automatically.

What's the difference between monthly and annual?

Annual plans save you about 17%. You pay for the full year upfront at a discounted rate.

Do I need technical skills?

Not at all. Just paste one line of code into your website. If you use WordPress, Shopify, or Squarespace, it's even easier.

What happens when I exceed my conversation limit?

Your AI employee keeps working — no interruption for your customers. Extra conversations are billed at the overage rate shown in your plan (e.g. $0.08/conversation on Starter). You'll get an email notification so you can upgrade if it makes sense.

How do I choose the right plan?
